Ko wai mātou — Who We Are

Natural Māori Healing, Grounded in Wairua

At Nga-Wai-Erere Natural Māori Healing, traditional Māori healing practices help release the emotional, spiritual, and physical tension held in the body. Through Mirimiri and Romiromi, we work with the body's natural energy to restore balance and support healing of your tinana (body), hinengaro (mind), and wairua (spirit).

Many people carry trauma, stress, and hurt without realising their body is holding onto it. Healing can help you reconnect, release, and feel lighter again.

I provide a safe, respectful healing space where you can relax, reset, and allow your body to heal naturally — grounded in wairua and whakapapa.

Ko au — About Me

Kasey-lee

Traditional Māori Healer · Rangiora, Canterbury

The pain I experienced in early childhood shaped my understanding of trauma, but it does not define me. Through traditional Māori healing, I transformed that pain into strength, compassion, and insight.

Today, I walk alongside others on their healing journeys, holding space with empathy, lived understanding, and deep respect for wairua, tinana, hinengaro, and whānau.

What once wounded me now fuels my purpose — to help others reclaim their mana.

"What once wounded me now fuels my purpose to help others reclaim their mana."
